Postage

All of The Quizzical Owl’s products are sent by Australia Post, usually the next day. Postage is added to your order and is based on the weight and dimensions of the parcel. Cost of postage is based on prices from Australia Post. We charge no extra for packaging.

International orders are also processed in this way.

We will let you know when your order has been dispatched.

Refund Policy
If you’re not happy with your purchase, let us know. We don't offer to refund unwanted goods, however, if there’s something wrong with the product, we will happily exchange it.

If you want to send goods back, please email us to let us know what you are returning. All requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of the goods being sent, and refunds can only be made if the goods are in their original condition. Please obtain proof of postage for your records, and consider tracking the parcel for your peace of mind.
